1. Beauty Services & Courses:

No refunds for completed services or attended courses.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or rescheduling for any services. But 7 days before for courses.

2. Fashion:

Returns accepted within 14 days for unused, unopened items with original packaging.
